But what’s interesting is that it doesn’t just indicate your closest, most important relationships. Instead, having more daily interactions with people even who aren’t in your innermost circle is associated with better social and emotional well-being.

When I first embarked on this journey as an “online CEO,” I couldn’t even think of myself as the CEO, so once I started working with Leanne, I had mixed feelings.
Here’s the evolution of my emotions: Initially, when I first started working with Leanne: I was excited about the prospect of scaling my online ABA business but also somewhat apprehensive. There was a sense of uncertainty and the feeling of stepping into uncharted territory. I felt a bit overwhelmed by the responsibilities and decisions that came with scaling.
Now, after working with Leanne: I feel much more confident and capable in my role as an online CEO. Leanne’s guidance and the support of the mastermind cohort have significantly reduced my initial apprehensions. I’m now enthusiastic about the opportunities and challenges of being an online CEO (especially one who is expanding their business), and I’m more determined than ever to succeed in this endeavor.

The Mastermind is flexible based on the needs of the members but will most likely look like:
- Weekly office hours as scheduled
- Hot seats & live trainings focused on marketing, messaging, business organization, whatever is needed most by members
- Homework and accountability. We will all work on one area of our business/ marketing at a time and report back to each other for accountability and also review/ advice/ tips.
