I don’t know about you, but I am so very excited that it is finally summer! Where I live, the weather feels like summer all year round, but there is still an attitude shift that changes when real summer hits.
Summer means sleeping in (til 8:00am today- I know I’m a party animal), wearing gym clothes all day (maybe it will inspire me to work out), and working on my tan (while wearing spf 70 sunscreen).
Summer means getting rejuvenated mentally and physically for school teachers. Summer means having fun with family and friends.
Summer means getting to focus on projects and ideas that are not dependent on the school year calendar.
Summer means ice cream, the beach, and hanging out with loved ones.
Summer is my terminal reinforcer to surviving the last school year.
